By using this website or asking Elite Sign for a quotation, you agree to these terms. They cover the website and the general way we work. The quotation, invoice or order form for your job states the price, payment schedule and delivery details, and it comes first if anything differs.
Using this website
- Use the website lawfully and do not try to harm it, overload it or break into it.
- Do not send spam or misleading enquiries through the form.
- The text, pictures, logo and design of this website belong to Elite Sign or are used with permission. Please ask before copying them.
Information on this website
We try to keep the information accurate, but sign types, sizes, materials and finishes on this site are a guide. Photos are for illustration and your finished sign may look slightly different. Prices are not listed because each sign is quoted for its size, material and installation.
Quotations and orders
- A quotation is valid for the period written on it. Prices may change after that.
- An order starts when you accept the quotation and make any payment it asks for.
- Changes after you approve the design or after work begins may change the price and the schedule.
Design approval
We prepare a design or mock-up for your approval before making a custom sign. Please check spelling, phone numbers, colours and sizes carefully. Once you approve the design, we make the sign as approved, and mistakes in approved text are the customer’s responsibility.
Artwork and logos you supply
When you send a logo, photo or text, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We are not responsible for claims that arise from artwork you supplied.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are written on the quotation or invoice. Custom-made signs are made specially for you, so we normally cannot take them back once production has started.
Council approval and site access
Many local councils (PBT) require approval for business signboards, and the rules and fees differ between councils. Getting the licence is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree in writing to help. For installation, please make sure we can reach the site and that the wall or structure is safe to fix to.
Delivery and installation
Dates we give are estimates and depend on design approval, materials and weather for outdoor work. We will tell you early if a date changes.
Limits on our responsibility
We take care over our work, but we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, or for damage caused by misuse, lack of upkeep, or events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.
