Office signage that makes a first impression
The reception wall is the first thing every client, candidate and supplier sees. Good office signage shows your brand clearly, tells visitors where to go, and makes the whole office look organised. We plan it as one set, so the reception sign, door signs and wall graphics share the same colours, fonts and materials.
Types of office signage
- Reception logo wall: your logo in raised letters, unlit or lit with a soft halo; see 3D signboard for the frontlit, backlit and non-light options.
- Acrylic signage and plaques: clear or frosted acrylic panels fixed off the wall with metal spacers, for company names, opening notices and certificates.
- Stainless steel name plates: hairline, mirror or gold plates for the main entrance and directors’ rooms.
- Door and meeting room signs: room names, numbers and changeable name strips for staff.
- Office directory: departments and floors at the lift lobby or entrance.
- Glass and wall graphics: frosted film and logos on glass, see glass sticker.
Acrylic or stainless steel?
Acrylic signage gives a glossy, colourful finish at a lower cost and suits most interiors. Stainless steel gives a heavier, premium look and suits main entrances and building names. Many reception signs combine both, for example stainless steel letters on an acrylic panel.
